Owner

Mathew Carver is the cheese-championing force behind Pick & Cheese.

Starting with The Cheese Truck in 2014, he set out to celebrate British cheese in all its gooey glory. From slinging grilled cheese sandwiches at festivals to opening The Cheese Bar in Camden, Mathew’s journey has been a love letter to local dairy.
