Jian Bing Town
Freshly flipped Chinese crêpes.

Imagine a crêpe and an omelette falling in love on a Beijing backstreet, that’s Jian Bing.

Made from mung bean batter, it’s crispy on the outside, soft in the middle, and packed with punchy flavours: egg, spring onions, black sesame, crunchy wonton, and a rich soy bean paste.
