OWNERS

HUMMUS STUDIO is led by owner Ziv and his team, who bring a fine dining background into a more casual setting. Their focus is on quality ingredients, precise techniques and a product that keeps things simple but done properly.

What started as a kitchen experiment has grown into a concept that rethinks a familiar dish and gives it a new place on the table.

THE FOOD WE ARE SERVING

At the centre is chef-plated hummus, made fresh and served in different variations, each one built with bold toppings and balanced flavours. Alongside it, you will find a selection of Mediterranean mezze and freshly baked pita.

Everything is designed to work on its own or together, so you can try your way through the menu.
