HUMMUS STUDIO Launch Week

HUMMUS STUDIO is the new mezze bar at KERB, bringing fresh Mediterranean flavours to the conveyor belt. From 17 April, expect redefined hummus, bold toppings and a menu designed for sharing and exploring.

Owner Ziv and his team bring a fine dining background into a more casual setting, focusing on quality ingredients, creamy textures and combinations that go beyond the classic. Alongside different hummus variations, you will find a range of mezze and freshly baked pita.

The concept is simple. Pick what you like as it comes around and build your own table. Whether you stay for one plate or try a bit of everything, it is made to be shared.
